Prior to joining St College, Carla, was at Metropolitan State University for nearly 22 years, where she most recently served as HR Business Partner for Talent Acquisition. Prior to serving to on the Talent Acquisition Team, at Metropolitan State University, Carla, was a HR Specialists with the Transactions Team, responsible for all Community Faculty matters. In addition, Carla, was also the DDIR for Classified employees, responsible for medical and dental benefits, retirement, First Report of Injury, FMLA, First and Workers Compensation.
